Take 1 tbsp oil and fry the
1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp urad dal,
1 dry chili, Curry leaves as required,
5 Crushed garlic pearls and
2 small tomatoes.
1 amla size tamarind and mix it with water.
Mix the tamarix mix with the fried items and add required water and bring it to boil.
Add 1 tsp Kandham Rasam powder & bring it to boil.
Add coriander leaves to garnish and add salt as per the taste.
Similarly you can make Pepper Rasam, Paruppu Rasam, Kollu Rasam & Mutton Rasam by using Kandham Rasam Powder.
